PTFE needle felt is a new high-temperature non-woven filter material with better performance.It is made of 100%3D-5DPTFE crimped fiber,through a series of non-woven processes such as opening,carding,netting,needle punching,etc., to make a dense needle punched felt with three-dimensional microporous structure,and then high temperature setting,singeing,pressing Light and film treatment.

Use occasions:thermal powerplants,waste incineration powerplants,steel plants,asphalt plants,cement plants and other corrosive high-temperature industries.

Application:Mainly used for dust removal in complicated working environment where the dust contains moisture,acid,alkali,and oxidizing groups.
