P84(polyimide) needle punched filter felt (Domestic and P84 imported fiber)

The base fabric and raw materials are polyimide fibers manufactured by Austrian Lenzing Company,with the tradename P84.This fiber is different from other synthetic fibers.Its irregular leaf-shaped cross section forms avery high fiber surface area,so the pressure difference is small and the filtering effect is better.The main features are thermal stabi y and non-combust ib lity.It is resistant to acids,alkalis,organic solvents and grease,and its limiting oxygen index(LOI) value is 38.It can be used for fte ring hot gases below 260℃.
Application:It can be widely used in bag dust removal in high temperature industries,such as steel,metallurgy and waste incineration industries.
